Can I have it delivered directly to someone else's house / Can I give someone a gift?
You can absolutely give a gift to someone, you can leave a little note at the end when confirming the order, which I will slip into it. You can also offer a gift card.
How do I know if the stone will suit me?
You have two solutions:
1. You follow your intuition. I explain, you have to let yourself be guided. Only you know what you need. Let's take the example of a stressed person. You must first type the keyword "stress" in the search bar, then you can target, if you prefer a bracelet, a tumbled stone etc. and looking at all the choices offered to you, only one will appeal to you, it will be this stone that you will need. Then take the time to read the description. If this suits you, this is the stone you need. If you are attracted by several stones while doing this exercise, and you want a bracelet, you can contact me so that I can make you a personalized creation.
2. You ask me for advice and we see together what might suit you.
Are the stones on your site natural?
Yes, all the stones present on Mes Petits Cailloux are natural and not tinted. You can read in the description the origin of each of the stones that I offer you.
Can I personalize/have my own jewelry created?
Yes, I offer tailor-made creations, do not hesitate to contact me (e-mail, Facebook, Instagram) to discuss them.
What are the processing/delivery times?
Currently, I process orders in 1 to 2 working days, and they are delivered the same day or the next day to the Post Office. Delivery times are therefore very quick.
How do I know where my order is?
Once I have validated your order, and I am preparing it for you, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. As soon as I have dropped off your order at the Post Office, and it is scanned, you will receive a new email with a link for tracking. So you can know where your order is.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes. The prices are available in your basket, when you indicate your delivery address.

How does after-sales service work if necessary?

If you receive a damaged item, send me a photo with your after-sales service request email. I will issue an exchange or refund if the item is no longer in stock.
I changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Of course. Simply contact me at the following email address: mespetitscailloux.contact@gmail.com so that I can cancel your order. I will therefore reimburse you immediately, and send you proof of reimbursement by email in response to your request.
